Hi! I'm Keri
My education is enriched by my own life experiences, including developmental and betrayal trauma, and narcissistic abuse in two relationships (outside my 18 year marriage).
Along with formal training, finding a coach who is specifically trained
in trauma and has lived through it is a necessary key to healing.
A lifetime of education and study of marriage relationship dynamics, psychological research, and my healing journey have prepared me to coach women undergoing trauma. I understand the confusion, stress, feeling of isolation, pain of losing joy and peace, struggle to get through each day, and feeling of helplessness.
After receiving the support I needed, I embraced who I really am, and now use my experience to help others find healing and freedom. My goal is for you to rediscover joy and live the life you were meant to live, free from toxic relationships.
